Warehouse Personnel

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Performs computerized shipping and receiving functions
  • Picks, packs and ships outgoing goods
  • Accurately counts and records inventory quantities
  • Documents shipments and receipts
  • Separates products received
  • Verifies items received by inspecting condition of items; comparing count/measure of items to purchase order and packing list; noting discrepancies
  • Documents items received by recording identifying information
  • Prepares shipments by assembling, packing, protecting, and labeling containers
  • Ships items by verifying identifying information, quantity and condition of items; loading and protecting items
  • Documents items shipped by recording identifying information of items and transport information
  • Maintains shipping and receiving materials by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed materials; placing and expediting orders for materials; verifying receipt of materials
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed


  • High School diploma or equivalent experience/knowledge required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS, as well as independent trucking firms and couriers
  • Must have excellent computer knowledge, including the use of shipping programs
    and internal systems
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and be attentive to detail
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work over-time when needed, including weekends

This position reports to the Production Manager.
